Nonprofit organizations have been an essential part of our society for over 100 years and their role of contributing to the public good grows increasingly important. Nonprofit organizations meet immediate needs in our community by feeding and housing those that are in need, they contribute to our quality of life by preserving natural landscapes and supporting expression through art, they contribute to systemic change by advocating for policies and speaking out for justice. They do this and so much more, including contributing to the economic vibrancy of our state and our region.
