About the event
During this 2-hour workshop, we’ll discuss how to develop policies and procedures to do the following: assess board diversity; advertise board openings to reach diverse organizations and individuals; standardize the selection process to minimize implicit bias; create a diversity pipeline; onboard new board members equitably and inclusively; and assess and evaluate results on an annual basis. Cost - $30.00 per person
